|Recommended: NoQuality diminishing at Brownridge Terrace — The regular flooding of Brownridge Terrace 641 garage would seem to be a health risk - possible mold environment. I understand turn over in staff and the current staff is friendly, but it makes it difficult for long-term customer relations. The dog policy has contributed in the decline of the general environment since I moved here four years ago.
|Recommended: YesBest Place to Live — Rented a 2bed 2 bath, absolutely beautiful unit and well kept grounds. Safe neighborhood, nice walking path behind south side of community, out of the way but close to everything. This place felt like home, definitely regret leaving.
|Recommended: YesHome is were the heart is... very nice environment... — this complex is very well thought thru. we are very comfortable here, considering we came from a house. i will say that the maintenance and office staff has changed since the first few months here and seem to have a some kinks to work out.
considering there are so many dogs in this complex the idea of a dog run area near the back fence has been discussed by many neighbors . any consideration by the company on this idea would be appreciated and i am guessing would appreciate your complex considering there are newer complexes that are doing this on site. i.e. a fence along the back lotline for the dogs to interact in a controlled area would be a safe area for dogs and owners to interact as well as an area that contains the dog waste... just a thought.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Brownridge Terrace is a wonderful community. The staff here are so pleasant and helpful.
|Recommended: YesVery nice and quiet. — Large bedroom and large walk in closet is awesome for 1 bedroom unit. Downside is that there are not enough lights in the areas that require it. IE hallways in apt, laundry room no light, and no light in the closets. Also don't care for the bathroom fan to come on all the time with one switch. Dishwashers need to be updated to ones that work better.

|Recommended: YesVisually appealing, lack of staff support at times. — It is visually appealing and the pool is very nice. When it comes to getting our floor fixed, there seems to be miscommunication in the office due to too many staff responding to messages and staff turnover. It would be nice if one person was assigned to responding to maintenance requests and keeping track of when things are fixed.
|Recommended: YesModern, clean, and of course- dog friendly — My favorite place so far, and affordable. I haven't run into any issues and if I do I'm sure they would be resolved instantly. Their dog policy is what brought me to them, and they have been just as accommodating since.

|Recommended: YesAdequate — I really liked the staff and felt maintenance was doing the best it could being short staffed. However, I was frustrated with other residents. They did not clean up their dog's waste there were places I refused to walk my dog it was so dirty. I also was upset that people left fireplaces and appliances on in the clubhouse. I was worried about safety.
|Recommended: YesMoving to an apartment from a neighborhood home ... — The staff and the people that we have met at Brownridge terrace have been so nice and helpful. there is an authentic feeling that they are interested in you and how this is feeling to be here. our daughter who is 16 is in love with her room and our apartment as well as looking forward to the pool ... and last but not least our dog Hope has adjusted vey well and loves all the dogs that she has met so far. being able to take her right out our door has been a big plus too. the only thing i wish was included in this apartment was a storage unit , yet we are working that out. so less is more for us right now. more time for experiences with our daughter for these next two years as well. love our new world...
