|Recommended: Yes4 5 review — I just moved in, but I am already impressed with how pretty the grounds are. They do a great job maintaining the landscaping.
The one thing I noticed was when moving in was that my apartment was not as clean as I had hoped. I had to go over and clean the entire place again before I could unpack anything.
|Recommended: NoI have on 3 separate occations found black mold growing in my building since my 2 years here. Once in my hvac closet on the ac unit, in the duct and on the walls , once in the stairwell leading to the parking lot there were mushrooms growing out of bright orange mold along with a dark mold on the walls around it , and now out of the air duct in the main hallway of the building. Maintenance would just clean the area but never dealt with the underlying problem so it kept growing back and spreading. I have developed asthma and horrific allergies since living here and I would honestly not recommend anyone live here.

|Recommended: YesBrownridge Terrace — Living at Brownridge Terrace has been such a pleasant experience. We had to extend our lease while waiting for our house to be finished, and don’t even mind staying here longer. Quality construction, sound proof, pet friendly…but I don’t even hear other dogs inside the apt The onsite staff, Ashley, Jon Devon are the best, always friendly and helpful. Michael the new maintenance guy is great too. I strongly recommend SBA.
|Recommended: YesProperty and Maintenance Staff — I am extremely happy with the Property and maintenance staff at Brownridge Terrace. They are all very helpful and caring. My daughter loves the property manager Ashley and likes to visit her every once in a while. Ashley makes delicious cookies for us everyday.
The maintenance staff is also very efficient. They always fix problems in a timely manner

|Recommended: NoMediocre apartment for the price — This apartment is fine- nothing fancy, but a good location. The price is high for the quality of the apartment. Appliances need to be updated. Patio is unusable due to poor construction and water draining onto it from above. Maintenance takes longer than expected to come in and fix things. Workout area is extremely small. Pool area needs many more chairs for the amount of people that live here. It is irritating to try to retrieve your packages because they are always placed in a different spot at the package location in the office, your mailbox, your actual apartment building out front, or at your apartment door. The parking is atrocious It has forced us to purchase another spot in the garage for a ridiculous amount of money because otherwise there would be no place to park WHERE WE LIVE. It is almost impossible to have anyone visit because there is no space and people park in any open area, making it very difficult to maneuver through the lot.

|Recommended: NoNice apartments — So far nice apartments. Lacking in above ground parking though, and I’ve picked up trash several times that has been outside my unit in the past week of living here. Also moved in to a new futon being stolen and my unit door unlocked. The management is trying to do right by it though. Take it as you will.
