|Recommended: YesI love living at Brownridge Terrace. I have the cutest apartment that has become home. The grounds are beautiful and clean. Pool is amazing but nothing tops the staff. Sami, Payton, Devon Ashley are the best. Tarly and I love it here. We like to pop into the office to say and Tarly loves the attention and treats. First Rate Place

|Recommended: YesAwesome — Super peaceful and comfortable with lots of amenities
|Recommended: YesClean and quiet. — Very quiet, except for the constant wind chimes. I have no problem with wind chimes except when you hear them all day and all night Can't keep the windows open at all on a lovely windy day.
|Recommended: YesOverall a great place to live with some recurrent issues — Brownridge Terrace is a great place to live and a huge upgrade from downtown Madison. The apartments are reasonably priced, spacious, and great quality. However this is the first apartment I've been in that's locked residents out unexpectedly more than once and entered the unit unannounced more than once. Most recently they changed all the locks in our building and didn't notify anybody about it. So multiple residents had to wait hours to be let in. Aside from those issues I'd give Brownridge Terrace 5 stars.
|Recommended: YesI loved my stay at Brownridge Terrace — It's beautiful, peaceful and quiet.
|Recommended: YesA peaceful and pretty place to live — The staff is incredibly friendly and they host fun events for tenants and have treats for your dogs Lot of neighbors with dogs and everyone is willing to let the dogs play and have gotten to know each other through their dogs We face the farmland which is pretty to look at and has beautiful west side sunsets without any view obstructions. The fitness center has everything you need for a good workout and the pool area is very pretty. Would recommend as a place to live for sure
|Recommended: YesNice property — like the location, building and the apartment, but moved into this unit and it was not a clean as it should have been.
|Recommended: YesLoved the pool. Nice place to live — Very nice dog-friendly place. Responsive and non-oppressive staff.
|Recommended: YesNice place to live for the most part — I've lived at Brownridge Terrace for about 6 months now and have enjoyed it for the most part. My biggest complaints would be with noise and move in process although I suppose you can't expect silence when sharing walls with others . I live on the first floor and the insulation structure of the floor above me is poor - I often hear footsteps and music from my neighbor above. The move in process could have gone better. I was told the person living here before me moved out late, so I don't think it was adequately cleaned checked before I moved in. The carpet was pretty nasty lots of pet hair and smelled . Would have had to get it professionally cleaned if I didn't have a friend with a carpet cleaner vacuum. Besides those two things, the place is great. The maintenance staff always take care of my requests promptly, the property staff are good about answering questions, the grounds around the building are really well kept, the gym and the lobby are really nice, and I appreciate that the garage spot was included with my rent - quite the change from living in downtown Madison.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Have absolutely no complaints and would recommend to any friend or family member.
|Recommended: YesGreat community friendly office staff and neighbors. — Just moved from Arizona and had multiple neighbors come to greet me to the community. Office staff was professional and moving went as smooth as possible, beautiful apartment at a great price.
|Recommended: YesNice quite cozy apartments — Its a very friendly, clean, cozy place to live with helpful staff, good amenities, and a very nice atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice upscale apartment,
|Recommended: YesClean, quiet, friendly atmosphere — Beautiful grounds in a property that has community atmosphere, friendly staff, and quiet. Definitely the best apartment I have lived in. A few things could be updated fixed, such as the flooding that occurs under the 641 building parking lot which can be a pain to get to vehicle after hard storm it has done this for at least 2-3 years without being fixed and more outdoor parking could be available but beyond that I love the apartment.
|Recommended: YesDecent property for the price — NIce layout in the apartment and good amenities. Responsive staff. Only concern is being able the hear neighbors upstairs all the time.
