|Recommended: NoIf you work from home a lot, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Internet SUCKS here. The fast internet is included in the monthly facility fee, but the provider they uses is so terrible. The internet is too slow, and unreliable for work. It’d take up 10 minutes to just save a file. The wifi gets disconnected constantly my computer would lose connection over 10 times. I complained multiple times. But it seems they don’t care about providing good internet.

|Recommended: YesReview of Brownridge Terrace — I really like this apartment building. Its grounds are nice and beautiful, especially with the pool and all the nature in the backyard. Some people don't pick up after their dogs in the back. It's peaceful quiet for the most part. Sometimes I can heard the people below me they're just loud people . Overall I think this is a excellent apartment building

The community managers take care to ensure I have a great, worry-free living experience and take care to ensure the grounds and pool are beautifully taken care of and accessible. The maintenance crew are friendly, respectful and complete work in a timely fashion making sure to meet and exceed my personal expectations. I am so happy with my decision to live here for the last decade and consider myself luck to have such attentive staff and friendly, wonderful neighbors. There are events held in our community center where we get together and meet with activities and even beer and wine tastings. Neighbors are respectful and always helpful. So happy to be living here
|Recommended: NoNoisy and dangerous with the smart meters — I don't like living here because it's too noisy with the doors slamming and my apartment is too close to a bank of smart meters which emit high amounts of EMF radiation, and it scares me. The lady two doors down close to the meters said she had a stroke and her dog has cancer since she's moved in. Also it's hard to get maintenance done. I called about no power in my bathroom and nobody came to fix it. I have to call twice about stuff. It's also pretty hard to heat this apartment without cranking the heat to above 78.
|Recommended: YesReally like this property. — Buildings are well maintained, staff is friendly and responsive. Joe in Maintenance has gone above and beyond to be responsive when something needs to be addressed.
|Recommended: YesDefinitely rent at Brownridge Terrace — I lived here for almost 7 years, moving only because of having to relocate to a different city for work. The apartments are beautiful. I rarely heard any noise. Any maintenance was typically taken care of the same day. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. If I ever have to move back to Madison Middleton, I will be coming back to Brownridge Terrace for sure

|Recommended: YesGreat Property. — Cost of rent is high staff is super nice, maintenance is taken care of pretty quickly. Neighbors can be noisy they are upstairs.
|Recommended: YesGreat community — It is a friendly community with a lot of dogs. The staff are all very helpful and kind. There is not very much parking when I have guests, which has been a problem, but otherwise it has been a great place to live.
|Recommended: NoWas nice, went downhill, hence moved to better place. — Expect poor maintenance, filthy common spaces, old rusty carts, lights often burnt out inside, outside, and the parking garage unsafe considering cars had theft by forced entry , no rugs by entry ways hence dirty elevator hallway carpeting , leaky ceiling AC units in hallway hence stained hallway carpeting propane gas for grill often empty, cracked pool, and staff that are either uncaring or unable to accommodate the ongoing needs of the building and people living there because of SBA management.
|Recommended: NoMicro managed maint dept so poorly ran and can see the spark is no longer there for employees. — It was great for the first 5 years, progressively got worse.
