|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartments in a great location — The apartments are spacious and modern. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance is very prompt. We really enjoy living here
|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartments, friendly neighbors, friendly staff. — I really love living here. There are two downfalls. One is you can tell the construction of the building is not of the best quality you can hear every step in the hallway and neighbors above . The second is that the property is supposed to be non-smoking but from the smell in our hallway, it must only apply to cigarette smoke.
|Recommended: YesLove living here — I really enjoy living here I love the high ceilings in our second floor apartment. I also really appreciate how quiet it is in our apartment. I was worried that with having dogs around that I would hear a lot of barking, but the apartments have such good sound insulation that I don't hear my neighbors at all The layout of our kitchen is top notch compared to every other apartment I've been in. My complaints about the apartment are super minor I wish that the balcony was bigger, I wish that the bathroom fan had a seperate switch from the light so that you could turn on the light without the fan, an overhead light in the living room would be nice, and there is a lot of firetruck traffic on Pleasant View Rd that can be loud when they have their sirens on. Other than that and those are super minor, nit-picky complaints I love living here and will continue to do so as long as I am living in the Madison area.
|Recommended: YesNice property, expensive, but nice — We enjoy living here. The clubhouse provides activities for residents to do together. However, they do not provide dog poop bags. They recently put up dog poop garbage bins and had poop bags up for 2 days and got rid of them. In addition, I work off shifts, which makes it hard for apartment showings. I have felt like the staff has been rude about that at times. I cannot help that I need to sleep before my night shift. I do enjoy the residents. The apartment is quiet. Parking can be an issue but manageable.

|Recommended: YesGood — love the staff love the monthly get togethers like Octoberfest need poop bags with the containers, it's stupid to not supply the bags need a dog run fenced in area to let dogs run freely
|Recommended: YesBrownridge Terrace is awesome — Best residential community ever Staff are responsive and area is safe, clean and pleasant. Best property on the west side and convenient easy access to downtown, bike trails and excellent shopping
